November Trip to Rome
Mine Stuffs, Travel November 16th, 2006
I was in Italy for the past couple of weeks and had the opportunity to visit Rome. I have wanted to see Rome since I was little so the experience was amazing for me. We walked around for hours and only saw a small part of the city. I got to visit the Colosseum though which was my main goal. I also visited the Vatican and various ancient buildings and ruins.
We were still there when it started to get dark and the city looks just as impressive all lit up as it does during the day. It made taking pictures a little more difficult but I still got a few.
A guy in the little restaurant by our office there told me I would need way more than a day in Rome and he was totally right. If you ever decide to visit the city make sure you have at least 2 full days there.
I can’t wait to go back…
